1 Required Provides technical assistance and support for applications and hardware problems. Installs, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware/software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software.
1 Required Ability to provide excellent customer services. Ability to lift and relocate 30 lbs

Description:
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Office of the Attorney General of Texas will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
Key Responsibilities:
To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work. Windows 11 technical support experience would be helpful but is not required.
