The Office of Information Services (OIS) is a shared service provider for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS). OIS provides the technology systems and services that support more than 14,000 OHA and DHS agency staff at local offices and facilities around the state. These systems and services help the two agencies determine client service program eligibility; provide medical, housing, food and job assistance; provide addiction, mental health, vocational and rehabilitative services; protect children, seniors and people with physical and/or developmental disabilities; process claims and benefits; manage provider licensing and state hospital facilities; and promote and protect the state public health.
OIS seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager II to support building-wide space reorganization efforts in connection with a change in hybrid/remote-work requirements for all staff positions, post-pandemic. Project outcomes will result in an improved and functional office environment for staff use on an ongoing basis.
Scope:
Contractor’s Key Person will assist with space planning needs, managing moves within the building, establishing a framework around the movement, oversight of the order of operation, receiving input, and tracking action items in alignment with the timeframes and goals identified by the planning team. Scope will encompass providing knowledge, oversight and coordination to implement the project.
Tasks:

Providing support to workspace planning
Managing movement of office furniture and equipment within the building
Develop a floor plan reconfiguration
Develop movement and process timeline
Receiving input from teams regarding the move
Tracking action items and recording completion
