Years Skills/Experience
4Experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects dealing with multiple, complex process areas and business groups.
4Experience developing process flow diagrams, use case, current/future state diagrams, functional and technical requirements.
4Working knowledge of full life cycle of software development.
4Understanding of basic business systems architectures (e.g. Client/Server, distributed).

4 Experienced in both the IT and Business side of solution delivery.
•The Business Analyst acts as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
•Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
•Be a key liaison with business users and technical teams and will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements.
•Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
•Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
•Familiar with industry standard technologies, business process mapping, and reengineering.
•Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
•Provide clarity and guidance when working with developers to solve technical and analytical issues.
