Desktop and Classroom Support Analyst
This position is in support of our newly constructed School of Business building. You will directly support the faculty, staff, classrooms, study rooms, and other technologies in this new building.
Expected Skills: Excellent customer service, able to work without assistance, able to manage medium complexity work efforts, desktop support (Windows and macOS), audio-visual classroom support, collaboration and teaching tools (such as Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams), event support (including after-hours and weekend events). Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Higher Education support units. Specifically including:
Support experience with Cisco Webex Codec and Crestron technologies for use in classroom instructional spaces.
Desktop support experience with macOS and Windows, including limited hardware,printing, and peripheral support.
Software application support, including Office 365, Cisco Webex, SAS, STATA, and other related teaching applications.
Classroom support experience, including Crestron control systems, and especially with hybrid learning environments (Cisco Webex hardware).
Event support experience, specifically for Auditorium and Event rooms.
ITSM experience, specifically ServiceNow.
Digital Signage support (Visix).
Speciality business equipment and software (including stock ticker, trading room equipment).
Basic network troubleshooting experience (wireless and wired).
Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on quality user experiences.
The 3 positions for New School of Business, we need one of the positions to work Monday thru Friday from 10 – 7 and the other two positions work M – F from 8 – 5. Some work may be required on Saturday and Sunday.
