Online Technical Support Analyst
This position is to support campus users by creating and conducting training sessions on new or existing hardware and software. Position will directly support the faculty, staff, classrooms, and other technologies for hybrid or online learning.
Expected Skills: Excellent customer service, able to work without assistance, able to manage medium complexity work efforts, training support, and collaboration and teaching tools (such as Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Higher Education support units. Specifically including:
Proven ability to develop, create, and conduct training sessions on new or existing hardware and software.
Support experience with Cisco Webex Codec and Crestron technologies for use in classroom instructional spaces.
Software application support, including Office 365, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and other related teaching applications.
Hardware and software support experience in hybrid learning environments (Cisco Webex hardware).
ITSM experience, specifically ServiceNow.
Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on quality user experiences.
