Curriculum & Content
NC DHHS is seeking an experienced Epic certified Principle trainer in Resolute HB & PB to lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of role‑based training programs and training environments (MST) across our Epic ecosystem.
Required Epic Certifications (must be current at time of hire)
Design, develop, and maintain role‑based training content for Epic using Microsoft Office and other tools.
Build comprehensive instructional materials and classroom exercises; maintain related policy and procedure documentation.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes.
Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Training Environment (MST)
Assist with building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles.
Provide environmental support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams.
Delivery & Facilitation
Co‑facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands‑on exercises.
Prepare lessons, print materials, and set up rooms/environments prior to sessions.
Present information clearly—both verbally and in writing—to diverse audiences.
Follow up with trainees outside the classroom and offer additional support.
Educator & Mentor
Serve as an expert educator to state staff.
Train-the-trainer: credential and coach additional classroom trainers as needed.
Teach technical topics to staff and end users when required.
Planning & Administration
Manage application assignments by prioritizing work, creating schedules, and adhering to timelines.
Support curriculum and training development for third‑party applications as needed.
