Skills:
• Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts. Required 5 Years

This position provides business analysis and project coordination support for Pharmacy project and also for VASE+ and several .net maintenance applications.
Job Summary:
The EHR Stability Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Virginia Department of Health’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role supports Local Health District end users, evaluates workflow needs, documents enhancement opportunities, and partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor organizations to ensure the EHR aligns with operational and clinical requirements. The analyst will also contribute to interim solution development and help define strategies for long-term system improvements.
