Desktop Services Experience (Identify / resolve PC hardware and software problems, Repair / rebuilds PCs and configures specific user settings, Installs new software releases (simple to moderate complexity), Install, modify, and maintain network components, Assists in implementation of network and/or system hardware / software, Configures / installs terminal emulation software for host connection, Assist with Password management for Active directory and Mainframe user accounts, Performs related duties as required).
Network Services experience (Provides first level support for network connectivity, Assists in diagnosing and resolving network issues, Assists with the configuration of network components, Aids in resets and device reinitialization, Assist in executing specific disaster recovery plans, Provides user support and on the spot training to users.)
Telephony Services experience (Provides first level support for telephony related issues for connectivity, hardware/software problems in an Enterprise phone system and Call Center Environment, Practical knowledge / experience in the following: VOIP technologies, SIP protocols, VPN technologies, E-Fax technologies, Soft Phone deployments, Performs user telephony setup configuration tasks, Aid in configuration and deployment cellular devices; Conducts user training in cellular and other telephony tools, Maintains inventory documentation). Would prefer candidates possess experience in the following: Experience with Avaya Aura Enterprise Systems including Call Center, Remote users and softphone applications (our applications are Avaya One-X and Avaya Communicator, also a feature called EC500, extension to cellular), Call Center Support, General knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cellular experience should be with Apple Device and IOS.
