Onsite Agile Scrum Maser (CSM/ASM/CTCD/PMP) with Kanban, Procurement, Jira, Confluence, HR, MS Project, Visio and CPA systems experience
Location: Austin TX (CPA)
Duration: 12-36 months
The Candidate will be onsite at least three days a week. Telework schedule for remaining two days a week must be pre-approved by Direct Supervisor
Candidates must be submitted with their legal name that match their Driver’s License/ID Card or US Government document
Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
7 Required Extensive knowledge of the Agile Development Methodology with knowledge and experience applying Agile practices and principles including Scrum and/or Kanban including demonstrated ability to inspect and adapt Agile practices to various situations.
7 Required Experience developing functional specifications and documenting functional designs for large projects.
7 Required Experience in project management including Agile and other SDLC methodologies plus knowledge of software development methodologies, testing, design, and implementations
5 Required Experience as a Scrum Master on large projects including: • Experience performing Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) • Experience with backlog refinement • Experience creating burndown charts and reporting to management
3 Required Knowledge of facilitation techniques and experience using them in work groups
3 Required Experience and hands on knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to procurement and contract systems of large organizations
1 Required Agile Scrum Master Certification
3 Preferred Experience with Texas procurement and contract guidelines (Texas Project Delivery Framework)
3 Preferred Proficient with Jira and Confluence
3 Preferred Experience Texas CPA Systems
2 Preferred CAPPS Financials or HR Knowledge or Experience
2 Preferred Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including TEAMs, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
1 Preferred Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) Certification
1 Preferred Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
The Candidate will lead and perform highly advanced analytical and coordination work in an agile environment relating to the. implementation of new CPA procurements and solutions.
The Candidate will perform these tasks:
· Participate and/or lead in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling with CPA and Vendor staff in an Agile environment
· Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
· Work with product owners, and internal customers, to maintain requirements backlog and conduct requirements elaborations
· Mentor product owners, internal customers, project managers, developers and others in agile principles and leading industry practices.

· Contribute to development and sharing of agile standard methodologies
· Assist in the evaluation of technical solutions and make recommendations based on sound reasoning.
· Prepare charts, diagrams, mockups, and tables that depict the present and proposed systems
· Identify potential risks and difficulties and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid them.
· Review, coordinate and gather current and historical legacy data for executive briefings.
· Communicate complex concepts clearly, accurately, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
