-Hands on skills on Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate

-Hands on Experience (atleast 1 year) on Perl / PL/SQL
-Knowledge on Insurance Annuities is added advantage to this position
-Hands on experience in Navisys Policy Admin System (Preferable)
Process Skills:
-Following the process of Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC)
-Writing Design document, Code, Test case and doing unit testing.
Behavioral Skills :
