Location: Remote – Hybrid; Position can be remote, but requires candidate to be onsite for meetings and presentations on select days throughout the month/year at DCF Headquarters in Tallahassee; Negotiable
The Department may select one or more candidates in this position. Candidates available immediately are preferred. Candidates can either work part-time or full-time based on Department need. The number of weeks is dependent upon available budget.
Department desires responses that allow the flexibility to use hours, when necessary, instead of full-time resources
2.2 Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred
• Knowledge/experience with Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) preferred
• Knowledge/understanding of FSFN technical architecture preferred
• Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops preferred
• Experience using Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest preferred
• Experience operating within an Agile development methodology
•Experience in a technical business systems analyst position with a proven track record to work under pressure and deliver
• Experience with Child Welfare applications and functionality preferred

•Ability to understand customer requirements and translate these into solution specifications and system designs and communicate effectively with both technical and business team members
• Ability to express complex technical concepts (APIs, Architecture, System Design) effectively to people of varying disciplines and levels within the organization
•Proven ability to be motivate and drive cross-functional teams with attention to detail and strong negotiating skills with minimal direction
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to succeed

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
