7 Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
7 Expertise in written and oral communications
5 Experience in the field of public health as a senior Business Analyst
5 Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within public health organization or a related HIV private sector medical institution
4 Experience following test scripts to participate in User Acceptance Testing
4 Experience analyzing raw data using Excel, Tableau, etc.

1 or more Understanding Electronic Information Resources (EIR) accessibility and security requirements
1 or more Experience with public health information systems and software applications
1 or more Participation in Information Technology projects implementing commercial applications that meet Health Resources and Services Administration requirements
Business Analyst Duties:
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs
• Provides business process mapping, and reengineering
• Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer systems
• Participates in all project meetings and documents action items, resources assigned, status of action items, and due dates of action items for the HIV Care Services Group
• Prepares and documents functional and technical specifications for system design documents and system/software requirements specifications documents
• Ensures the integration of electronic information resources (EIR) accessibility requirements into requirements and their specifications
