DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) requires the services of three (3) Technical Support 1 staff.
The OAG is upgrading 1650 computers in 20 sites across the State of Texas as part of a Windows OS upgrade project. All contractor work would be performed in the Austin metro area. Agency staff will be used for the remote sites. The project has an anticipated start date of April 1, 2019 and would likely run through August 31, 2019 but may run into September and October as required. It is estimated that a minimum of 800 hours and a maximum of 1000 hours per person will be required for these positions.
The OAG is seeking Technical Support 1 staff to assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer refresh. These staff would be performing the day to day work of replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the OAG. The staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert to coordinate and lead the work.
