Job posting:
The position will provide analysis, programming, testing, implementation and operational support for project work for the IT supported Integrated Tax Administration System (ITAS) mainframe business application system in use at the North Carolina Department of Revenue.
The employee must use established life cycle development phases and established software development and maintenance standards. The employee will perform all programming duties associated with a particular program or project.

SKILLSET:
Experience developing/maintaining mainframe based management systems using COBOL, Easytrieve, JCL and DB2
Experience working in an environment with TSO/ISPF, Z/OS, and MVS
Ability to manage time, milestones, and be self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
