Cisco UC VOIP Engineer with IVT, UCCE, ICM, VXML, CUSP, CUBE, networking, Checkpoint and cloud experience

We are looking for 7+ year candidates who have technology and business skills to provide network engineering service for IVR/Contact Center networks.

Technical Skills:
Skill: Cisco Voice Portal (IVR), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) including Intelligent Call Manager (ICM), Outbound Dialer, VXML Gateways, Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) (Advanced (>5 & <=9yrs): Mandatory,)

Process Skills:
In-Depth experience in the design of large scale of Cisco Voice Portal (IVR), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) including Intelligent Call Manager (ICM), Outbound Dialer, VXML Gateways, Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP) and Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
Knowledge of VoIP, voice switching/Private Branch Exchange (PBX) architecture is a plus
Understanding of Wireless and Security technologies is a plus.
Strong experience with selection, design, implementation and support of IVR/Contact Center network systems and diagnostic tools.
Strong analytical ability, judgment and problem analysis techniques
Strong organizational, project management and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Strong ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical proposals.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Strong ability to mentor, coach and train lower level engineers.
Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products
Lead technology and IVR/Contact Center network assessments, including solutions to enhance or create new business opportunities, integrating multiple technologies.
Solve complex connectivity and business work-flow problems and recommends appropriate solutions.
Develop strategy and direction for IVR/Contact Center network system solutions using current and emerging technologies (including wireless).
Oversee high-level IVR/Contact Center network planning, design, and optimization.
Define IVR/Contact Center network architectures and design engineering standards for the enterprise.
Plan and recommend IVR/Contact Center network hardware, systems management software and architecture.
Translate business requirements into voice network or process designs.
Document troubleshooting procedures and design resolution scripts.
Document IVR/Contact Center network engineering and implementation specifications.
Define and develop documentation standards, procedures and approval hierarchies.
Optimizing Data Center network by enabling SDN/Automation capabilities.
The engineer should be available with short notice for L3 troubleshooting as needed basis.
Should have fair technical understanding of routers/switches/firewall/LB/WLAN etc.,
Network delivery comprises of Cisco LAN/WAN, firewall and Cisco/Checkpoint security at the datacenters, corporate offices, retail and supply sites.
Understanding of WLAN authentication, security, and network management
Strong knowledge of modern IT architecture like Cloud-based Solutions
Experience in IT- Infrastructure Projects. Infrastructure domain knowledge is essential
Knowledge in preparing / developing project schedules, estimation, establishing measures and milestones, definition, scoping, tracking etc
Exposure to data center migration/consolidation, transition, infrastructure deployment and management
Experience in managing projects through use of processes like risk management, quality management, Issue/problem management & Scope change management

Behavioral Skills:
Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems and /or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility to travel and run the show as individual contributor
