• Provide information gathering sessions to capture business requirements and business processes related to information technology solutions
• Work with diverse group, consensus building and team building. Report status reports to Executive teams, Directors, Technical Managers, colleagues, Agency Services and Agencies proper when required
• Work with multiple teams in all lines of service
• Utilize tools such as Remedy, Microsoft Project, Clarity, PowerBI and SharePoint
• Work closely with Technical Managers, SMEs, and Technicians
• Consult and advise project coordinators on process improvements
• Attend daily and weekly meetings
