The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requires the services of one (1) Process Improvement Manager hereafter referred to as Contractor(s), who meets the general qualifications and the specifications outlined in this solicitation.
One Process Improvement Manager is being solicited by TDI to perform process review and improvement on the SharePoint cloud-based solution. Contractor will assist users with the adoption of SharePoint. Contractor will review existing SharePoint processes and provide guidance and feedback on strategies to enhance TDI’s current SharePoint environment and functions. Emphasis of work performed shall be business process review and business process improvement recommendations. Business process review and improvement activities will include, but are not limited to, reviewing newly implemented business processes in SharePoint, and recommending process improvements based on SharePoint best practices and contractor’s expertise. Multiple business process review sessions will be required with different groups of business users. The contract staff shall work on an agile scrum team, participating in regular meetings, work sessions, and interactions with the business owners.
