Description:
Product Ownership & Project Management
– Serve as the Product Owner for the migration of the Unique ID (UID) application v11 to Unique ID v2026.
– Lead planning, coordination, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of the new UID application.
– Serve as a primary business liaison between TEA stakeholders, development teams, and the third-party vendor.
– Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
– Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and the third-party vendor.
– Provide regular project status updates, identify potential issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
– Develop a thorough understanding of the current Unique ID application, business processes, and stakeholder needs.
– Analyze existing system functionality and identify opportunities for process improvements, modernization, and increased efficiency.
– Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and other product management artifacts.
– Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
Testing & Quality Assurance
– Coordinate and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.
– Validate that system functionality meets business requirements and acceptance criteria.
– Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing coverage addresses critical business processes and scenarios.
– Support go-live readiness assessments and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
– Create and maintain project documentation, business process documentation, requirements, and operational procedures.
– Document current-state and future-state business processes and system functionality.
– Develop knowledge transfer materials to support long-term operational success.
– Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with agency standards.
– Support training and on-boarding activities for internal teams and stakeholders.
