Position is ONSITE/Hybrid at the location listed above (with some hybrid work – determined by the hiring manager). The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position. Onsite (Mon and Tues), Remote (Wed, Thurs, Fri).
The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY.
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.
Skills:
5 Required Experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
4 Required Experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate technical solutions
4 Required Experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
4 Required Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven PowerApps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model
4 Required Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows
4 Required Experience in Dataverse tables and uses
4 Required Experience in Power Pages portals
4 Required Experience in Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one (1) Systems Analyst 2 position, hereafter referred to as Worker, who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 2, and the specifications outlined in this document for the above-named customer. This Systems Analyst contractor position is part of the MCS team and will be working to develop, implement, and support the expansion of the Texas HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform in support of custom application development. This position will perform Systems Analyst/Developer duties that will involve the following Power Platform areas: Dataverse, Power Pages, PowerApps, Model-driven Apps, PowerApp Portals, Business Process Flows, and more.
