Description:
The Business Analyst 5 position will work as a contract resource for the State of Michigan – Department
of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supporting multiple projects for the Department of
Health and Human Services (DHHS). The resource will act as a business analyst for various in-flight
projects including Software as a Service solutions, vendor supported systems, and custom web
applications. This resource will serve as a liaison between DHHS business partners and development
teams, gathering requirements from the business users, facilitating meetings, writing user stories, and
developing required project documentation deliverables.
