This position reports to the Office of Information Technology Service Delivery, reporting to the Telecommunications Manager.
Job Summary:

The position will require basic to highly complex technical support in the following areas. Five (5) years of audio video conference management and support using Webex. Provide endpoint support, assisting users with basic to complex audio video support. Five (5) years of telecommunications experience including switches, routers, Centrex systems, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP), and five (5) years of iOS experience, cellular network operations utilizing Workspace One/Airwatch. Five (5) years of project stakeholder experience will include small to large-scale projects.
This will require good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with customers throughout the agency. Maintains a high level of productivity and has excellent organizational skills. Webex Hub Professional training and certifications will be required and must be completed within 60 days after the start date. Travel to agency locations will be required for technical support, equipment installs, and training.
