Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) WebLogic subject matter expertise
Oracle service oriented architecture subject matter expertise
Strong Unix/Linux skills

Knowledgeable with setting up, debugging, and administrating WebLogic SOA managed servers
Strong knowledge of JDeveloper IDE
Strong knowledge of SOA Composite Application Design and Development including knowledge of
Mediators
BPEL
Business Rules
Manual Processes
Working knowledge of OSB

Project Overview
The Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) application project for the Office of the Child and Family Services, within the Department of Health and Human Service is reliant on a fully functioning Enterprise Service Bus provided by the State of Maine. Currently the Office of Information technology has built a proof of concept for the enterprise service bus, but this proof of concept needs to be rolled to a full production status ahead of the scheduled CCWIS implementation. The successful candidate will work with the Enterprise Data Services Middleware Team to build and deploy the infrastructure for an Enterprise Service Business using Oracle Service Oriented Architecture and related technologies. Once the Infrastructure has been provisioned the candidate will support the activities of the CCWIS project to build interfaces need to support DHHS in the Child Welfare Systems.
