Statement of Work
This position involves working closely with multiple business and technical stakeholders to elicit requirements, usecases, and user stories which will be captured and documented.
Then, the UX contractor will leverage this information to create a user experience for the proposed website. The contractor will work closely with a wireframe designer to create a wireframe / prototype. The wireframe and prototype will be iteratively refined in conjunction with the stakeholders until it is accepted as the basis for the creation of the solution system. The system itself will be public-facing and will supply and aggregate tailored information to Utah residents about services available to their children (ages 0-5), probably customized by multiple factors such as geolocation, children ages, etc.
Scoring Criteria:
Experience with website UX creation 25%
Special consideration given to exp w/ creation of custom User Experience based on user metadata, geolocation, other factors. 25%
Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to speak on a technical level and communicate clearly with engineers and stakeholders 20%
