NC FAST requires the services of a Content Management Migration Analyst to support Document Management implementation activities.
The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks a contract resource to assist with the support of NC FAST implementation of the Document for the NC FAST project. This role will provide cross-functional support to the development, testing, and training teams during the development and deployment of the document management solution as well as state-wide roll-out of a front-end FileNet Document Management solution. Tasks include engaging key users and stakeholders in defining data migration requirements, working with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, document and communicate the data migration requirements and performing source system data analysis in order to manage source to target data mapping. Duties also include developing custom SQL scripts, as needed, to meet the requirements of data migration, performing static data testing and transaction data testing from one core system to another, and coordinating the extraction and retrieval of data from county legacy databases. This role works across the organization to ensure county connectivity and across multiple teams to understand data usage and implications for data migration. This role assists in new process development and process improvements and contributes to developing best practices, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.
