The NC Department of Transportation Web Services group is seeking an Expert Level SharePoint Design Architect for its ECM SharePoint 2016 on prem implementations. Responsibilities will shift from creating out of the box SharePoint sites, back end SharePoint Solution development, traditional front end coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, or a mix of the above.
•Extensive Experience with SharePoint 2016 solution development in C# server side code (timer jobs, templates, event receivers etc.)
•Extensive experience building sites using out-of-the-box web parts, JavaScript,CSOM, JSOM, and SharePoint REST APIs. Including defining/maintaining SharePoint information architecture, managed metadata, site layout, library & list layout, term sets, content type hub and site security with AD groups.
•Fluent in developing PowerShell scripts to create, update & maintain changes across numerous templated SharePoint sites.
•Proficiency with SP Designer 2013, ShareGate, Nintex, and DocAve
•Build Responsive interfaces powered by the Search REST API in SharePoint 2016
•Maintaining site branding and design standards across all pages
•Experience with enterprise ASP.net MVC application development (C#, Asp.net, HTML 5.0, CSS, jQuery and modern client-side JavaScript frameworks)
•Clearly communicating status reports, in verbal and written form
•Collaborating as a dedicated team member and demonstrating the ability to clearly communicate with other team members.
