ServiceNow Developer/Admin (CSA/CAD) with ITSM, workflow, optimization, scripting/JavaScript/JSON/XML, SOAP/REST APIs, Catalog/Portal/Incidents/Change Management/Reporting/Dashboarding and APM/GRC/PPM/SAM experience

Location: 59th Street Sacramento CA (Sacramento Municipal Utility District SMUD)
Duration: 6 months

Mandatory Requirements
1. The Contractor will need at least five-years of experience in supporting and implementing ServiceNow.
2. The ServiceNow Developer must have at least three-years of demonstrable experience working on IT Service Management (ITSM), including building workflows.

Technical Qualifications
1. In-depth knowledge and experience in best practices related to ServiceNow ITSM modules
2. ServiceNow Development experience, especially in the ITSM area
3. Ability to monitor and optimize the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
4. Experience with scripting in languages like JavaScript, XML or JSON
5. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using SOAP and REST APIs
6. Ability to configure and enhance core application, including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Change Management, Reporting/Dashboarding
7. Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations

Desirable Qualifications
• Certified ServiceNow Developer
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator
• Knowledge and experience with platform administration, as well development experience with other ServiceNow modules including APM, GRC, PPM, and SAM
