The Scrum Master is a member of an agile development team who functions as a servant leader who helps the team self-organize, self-manage, and achieve its goals via effective Agile, Lean, and Scrum practices.
This position will coordinate dependencies with other teams and help to resolve roadblocks for their teams. The drive to collaborate with other agile teams and stakeholders to identify, promote, and adopt best practices and lessons learned to optimize team and program performance in a fully transparent manner is essential for this position.
