This position requires an experienced Scrum Master that has deep experience across the software engineering life-cycle from project initiation thru project closure. The candidate should also have experience with traditional waterfall life-cycle methodologies as well as Agile, Scrum, and other adaptive project methodologies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of custom software development and full-stack software engineering with demonstrated experience as a hands-on analyst, developer, or manager.
This is a challenging but professionally rewarding opportunity for a Scrum Master that has a genuine desire to apply their project management skills by leading an enterprise software engineering project team as a servant leader. This individual will be able to lead the Scrum Team, partner directly with the Product Owner, and assist the Agile Project Manager and Agile Portfolio Manager as part of the larger Agile Transformation.
The position will require someone with excellent communication skills and team-oriented servant leadership from a professional that believes in teaching software development teams to “learn by doing”. The selected individual should be well-versed in Lean methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban and willing to mentor others in those methodologies at all levels of the organization.
