Scrum Master/Agile PM (CSM) with application security, risk management, MS project/Visio, Jira/Confluence and CPA/tax experience

Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8Extensive knowledge of the Agile Development Methodology with knowledge and experience applying Agile practices and principles including Scrum and/or Kanban including demonstrated ability to inspect and adapt Agile practices to various situations
5Experience as a Scrum Master on large projects including:
•Experience performing Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
•Experience with backlog refinement
•Experience creating burndown charts and reporting to management
5Experience with highly complex application security requirements
4Strong experience as a Scrum Master and software development methodologies and proven ability to lead scrum teams in the execution of project tasks and providing monitoring including risk/issues management
4Experience in project management including Agile and other SDLC methodologies plus knowledge of software development methodologies, testing, design, and implementations
1Agile Scrum Master Certification

The Worker will lead and provide day-to-day management guidance and direction to scrum teams in the execution of work for implementation of new CPA solutions, including but not limited to updating various Tax application solutions.
The Worker will perform these tasks:
•Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
•Recognizes and removes the impediments for the scrum (development) team.
•Assesses performance of teams and programs, finds opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations and implements changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.
•Works with product owners, and internal customers, to maintain requirements backlog and conduct requirements elaborations
•Mentors product owners, internal customers, project managers, developers and others in agile principles and leading industry practices.
•Contributes to development and sharing of agile standard methodologies
•Ensures the correct use of scrum process working as an agile team member of the Applications Services area.
•Collaborates with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.
•Provides detailed metrics and dashboard covering tasks, assigned resources, and story points including burn down charts
Onsite Requirements: Worker will be required to work on site with the team during business hours. Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the IT Applications Services Manager.
