Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.7+
Experience serving in a data migration, interface and integration leadership role for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.3+
Participated in data migration, interfaces and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC and ECP implementations.3+
Experience using SAP Data Services and Infoporter.3+
Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration.3+
Experience creating design and specification documents.7+
Preference given to candidates with the below skills/experience. Must also meet minimum requirements.

Excellent team player and communicator. Able to discuss and direct data related tasks with non-technical team members.

PROJECT DETAILSThe Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) SuccessFactors Data Migration, Interface and Integration Specialist to assist DFA/MMRS in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Specialist will oversee all data migration tasks from the legacy mainframe-based HR and Payroll system and SAP ECC to SuccessFactors EC and ECP, plus assist with defined interfaces and integration to/from EC and ECP.
