1. Participated on multiple IT implementation projects as a functional analyst.
2. Experience writing functional specification documents and other system documentation.
3. Participated in data migration activities (data mapping, validation, etc.).
4. Experience testing system functionality.
5. Experience troubleshooting system issues.
Preferred/Not Required
1. Excellent team player with good communication and organization skills.
2. Experience with HR or Payroll functions.
3. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
The Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) / Mississippi Management and Reporting System (MMRS) is recruiting one (1) full-time Implementation Analyst to assist DFA/MMRS in the implementation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
The Implementation Analyst will be responsible for performing project implementation and support tasks as a member of the Functional Team. Tasks will include but are not limited to: resolving data migration issues, writing test scenarios, executing functional tests, participating in design meetings, writing functional specification documents, reviewing solutions with subject matter experts, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting end users after go-live.
