RPA Engineer with Active Directory, SIEM, CASB, CMDB, PowerShell, Azure AD, ServiceNow, ITIL experience and Azure certification

Experience in supporting Robotics Process Automation, or other automation scripting background. Required 10 Years
Technical acumen in supporting a diverse variety of business applications in an administrative capacity like Zoom, DocuSign, Microsoft Teams Required 5 Years
Strong understanding of Enterprise architectures including Active Directory, SIEM, CASB, CMDB, etc. Required 5 Years
Programming skills in one or more scripting languages, PowerShell required Required 5 Years
Experience with both cloud and physical infrastructure (Azure a plus) Required 5 Years
Develops deep understanding & know-how of the domain for the products that they work on. Required 5 Years
Hands-on skill with Microsoft Azure with proven experience on Azure AD Required 5 Years
Troubleshoot production issues impacting performance/availability/stability of our applications Required 5 Years
Eliciting information from multiple sources and creating requirements for a software solution that satisfies all inputs Required 5 Years
Decomposing customer and internal systems specifications into software requirement specifications Required 5 Years
Keeps documents and systems (for example: ServiceNow) updated with relevant information related to the project requirements and delivery status Required 5 Years
Engage with and manage third-party contractors. Knowledgeable in ITIL practices, for service delivery Required 5 Years
5+ years experience working in large-scale production environments Required 5 Years

This position needs to filled to bring a missing skillset to the Enterprise Services team. That skillset relates to the management and security of our cloud based Azure instance that is managed by VITA (vs. a supplier) and our new innovative services such as Robotics Process Automation, Data Visualization, VITA ePen, and many more to come.
