The North Carolina Department of IT – Transportation (NCDIT-T) Web Team is seeking a SharePoint Workflow developer and business process trainer for our ongoing Microsoft 365/SharePoint needs, and for critical training needs for our NCDOT Ferry initiatives. The contractor must have extensive experience building and maintaining SharePoint sites – both on premise SharePoint and cloud-hosted SharePoint Online (Government cloud), as well as experience building complex workflows utilizing SharePoint, Nintex, and Microsoft PowerAutomate Flow. This Developer-Trainer is absolutely critical to the ongoing implementation and training efforts for the multiple business-critical systems and workstreams: NCDOT Safety and Risk Management PowerApps Mobile Audit Development, NCDOT Ferry Reservation, Ticketing and NonToll Systems, continuous PIO training/support for NCDOT public websites (ncdot.gov, ncbytrain.org, Connect NCDOT), NCDOT’s PowerApps, SharePoint Online & Teams implementations, and onboarding efforts for NCDOT Workers Comp Secure SharePoint Site. This position will be assigned to NHC.
