NC OSC is implementing Oracle Cloud Financials application services to replace the State’s aging mainframe accounting systems. The project needs an Oracle ERP Cloud Technical Architect to build a custom application using VBCS to transform their business.
The project needs a custom PaaS/VBCS application to manage the security roles assignment process, including requesting a role, creating a help desk ticket, assigning a ticket to security admin, checking if a person has completed the necessary training required for a role, checking Segregation of Duties, and assigning roles. The contractor will work closely with the technical and business stakeholders to architect a modular, loosely coupled, and easy to maintain the application. The candidate will also be required to do knowledge transfer and train the technical team for supporting the application.
