The project needs a custom PaaS/VBCS application to manage the security roles assignment process, including requesting a role, creating a help desk ticket, assigning a ticket to security admin, checking if a person has completed the necessary training required for a role, checking Segregation of Duties, and assigning roles. The contractor will work closely with the technical and business stakeholders to develop a modular, loosely coupled, and easy to maintain the application.
