Skills:
5 Required Skilled in managing project with implementations across large organizations. Experience should include developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans
5 Required Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems
5 Required Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
5 Required Ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings.
3 Required Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process
1 Preferred Experience using agile Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for 1 or more State of Texas Agencies
1 Preferred Agile Experience – Managing the project with feature driven sprints
1 Preferred Agile methodology, overseeing and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments align with project timelines
1 Preferred PPM Certification
Description:
This is a part time position: 20 hours per standard work week/4 hours per work day. Hours may worked between 8 – 4pm central time subject to manager approval. This project is intended to have at least a 7-month duration (extension for FY25).
