JD 2: Healthcare Provider Data Solution Architect (Domain + Technical) Purpose:
Architect the full data pipeline and integration strategy across legacy + new systems, while layering in AI capabilities where feasible. Serve as the bridge between domain, system flows, and AI application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map end-to-end provider data flows:
o Intake → validation → enrichment → persistence (legacy + new system).
• Identify integration points with internal systems:
o CRM, Claims, Provider Portals, Credentialing Platforms.
• Define sync mechanisms between legacy and modern platforms.
• Work with AI/ML engineers to define:
o Where agents can clean, flag, deduplicate, or predict missing data.
o What decisions must remain manual for compliance reasons.
• Specify system touchpoints:
o Presentation layer (dashboards, portals)
o API layer
o Event queues or batch syncs
• Guide feasibility and roadmap for AI agents based on current vs. aspirational capabilities.

Must-Have Skills:
• Solutioning experience in healthcare data systems design, ideally on the payer side.
• Strong understanding of provider data architecture, MDMs, data lakes, and integrations.
• Familiarity with systems like Salesforce Health Cloud, IBM MDM, Pega, or in-house provider data hubs.
• Comfortable working with AI/ML teams to define business-ready and safe use cases.
• Proven track record of delivering system transformation or modernization initiatives in healthcare.
