This request is for a contract Project Manager. The contractor will be responsible for managing a team for addressing the implementation of an application workflow process in the Texas Unified Licensure Portal (TULIP) expansion to include certifications for the Star+Plus3 (SP3) pilot program. The work period is to start May 1, 2022 and end on March 31, 2023.
