Remote/Local Application Support/ System Analyst with incident management, RCA, mentor, experience

Location: Austin, TX (HHSC)
Duration: 12 Months
Position will be remote. Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the State of Texas).
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Years Required/Preferred Experience :
8 Required Swiftly manage and resolve incidents to minimize disruptions and reduce incident backlog.
8 Required Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of business applications to ensure stability.
8 Required Conduct thorough root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
8 Required Provide critical technical support and maintain knowledge base.
8 Required Train and mentor peers and low-level support teams regularly.
8 Required Recommend system improvements.
8 Required Deliver strategic insights into system health.
4 Preferred College degree may substitute for experience
