Remote/Local Agile Business Analyst with Agile BA with SCRUM, Agile, Jira and Confluence experience
Location: Richmond, VA (ELECT )
Duration: 12 Months
HYBRID – Must be willing to work at least 3 days/week ON-SITE. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Skills:
Election experience strongly preferred Desired 3 Years
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications Desired 2 Years
• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst or member of a SCRUM team Required 5 Years
• The ability to collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors Required 3 Years
• The ability to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Required 4 Years
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Required 4 Years
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence Desired 2 Years
• Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems Required 3 Years
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required 3 Years
•Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Required 3 Years
Seeking resources who are proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering. Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels. Election experience strongly preferred
