Mon -Fri 8am-5pm. Must be able to work EST standard hours. Could be occasional after-hours/weekend support. Will be coordinated as-needed.
This is EST Hours – please ensure candidates submitted understand and can work this time zone. We do not require the candidate(s) to reside in the Eastern Time Zone, but they will be required to work in the EST. We prefer people to start between 7 & 9 AM (finishing between 4 & 6 PM).
The candidate will provide Tier 2 support for existing lab testing, lab information systems, disease surveillance systems and integrations including but not limited to OpenELIS, PHINMS, Rhapsody, REDCap, Power BI, and other in-house systems.
