Description:
Contractor required to provide temp assistance with design, development, and implementation of policies, procedures, and training materials for Information Technology staff related to the Software Development Life Cycle and the adoption of ITIL v3.

Job posting:
This position will support the IT Business Transformation Analyst in the design and development of policies, procedures, and overarching training for Information Technology staff. The primary focus of this position will be on the Software Development Life Cycle and the adaption of the ITIL v3 Service Lifecycle’s five stages and included service management processes. In addition to developing new training materials, the position will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of existing training and updates as needed. Position will be responsible for developing e-learning modules. The selected candidate(s) will work directly with IT staff to understand their needs and develop training materials for their use and for the onboarding of new IT staff.

·Experience using workplace e-learning tools
·Experience using Microsoft Word

Preferences:
·ITIL knowledge or certification
·Experience using Articulate to develop workplace e-learning
