Experiences Required for This Role :
ForgeRock Administration – At least 3 years of experience and use cases with the following:
Experience in designing, deploying and supporting large scale Identity and Access Management solution for the web
Thorough knowledge of ForgeRock technology comprising all modules, and a deep understanding of deployment architecture
HANDS ON experience with SSO and Federation using SAML, OAuth and OIDC; MFA, Risk Based Authentication, Progressive Profiling
Real production-system based knowledge and experience of DevOps with containers using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
Working experience of administering cloud platforms (Azure is preferred)
Experience in troubleshooting issues, managing logs, monitoring system components and performance, maintaining cloud artifacts, docker images, file-based configurations
Use of modern CI/CD tools for delivery and automation
Good understanding of integration patterns and best practices
Experience with the following:
o Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle
o Operating Systems: Windows, Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS)
o SOAP/REST client: SoapUI, Postman, ARC
o Languages/Frameworks: Java, JavaScript, React/Vue
Digital Platforms, Tools and Discipline – At least 3 years of experience and use cases with the following:
Working with large, enterprise-model Salesforce environments
Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Administering regular internal system audits and prepared for upgrades
Coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
Working independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
Using of productivity and analysis tools to manage iterative delivery: JIRA, Google Analytics, Git Repository, MS TEAMS, Confluence
Practical ITIL knowledge and experience
