Remote EPIC Clarity Consultant (CABOODLE/CLARITY certification copy must) with SQL, HIPAA, and government experience

Job Description:
Work in collaboration with the Data Delivery team on fulfilling complex data requests using Clarity database, and ensuring HIPAA guidelines are strictly followed. Epic Clarity certification and at least four (or eight?) years of Clarity experience is required.
1.) Responsible for implementation of advanced clinical reporting build within the Epic system in regard to Epic.
2.) Leads development of innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations.
3.) Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
4.) Will perform analysis and revisions for existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Preference to candidates with government experience (SC or other states as well)
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of at least 7-10 years SQL
