Skills and Experience:
• Highly skilled using ETL tools, particularly Talend or other related technologies.
• Highly skilled working with java language and java scripts languages.
• Knowledge working in Windows and Unix environments.
• Experience working with CI/CD processes.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL server database and Azure cloud technologies are required.
• Knowledge of structured query language (SQL), e.g., SQL/PSM or Transact-SQL.
• Knowledge of transferring from data sources like flat files, XML, JSON document, HTM document to RDBMS and vice versa.
• Experience understanding of crontab job scheduler capabilities.
• Experience writing Unix shell scripts and bash commands.
• Experience in platform configuration code development best practices design patterns and use cases.

The Information System division for the TN Dept of Education is seeking an experienced Integration Developer interested in working on an enterprise platform that interacts with multiple critical applications. Design and development of complex ETL workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Develop Data integration jobs and workflows.
• Design and conduct unit tests according to system design specifications.
• Monitor performance and optimize ETL jobs.
• Provide documentation as well as supporting artifact creation.
• Verify and validate data processes through performance and quality measurements.
• Accountable for all phases of development process analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation.
• Implement monitoring and support measurements for continuous improvement.
