The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking candidates to fill a Business Analyst Position. We are in the process of migrating from a mainframe-based platform to a Micro Focus platform hosted in Azure. We will be working with contracted resources to create a Software Architecture Document. This position will be responsible for the documentation of agency infrastructure, systems, processes, and their relationships and dependencies.
Duration will be extent of CITS project that could be two to three+ years with the possibility of long-term retention. Position would be exclusively remote.
Performs highly complex (Senior-level) Business Analysis work. Work involves assisting the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Information Technology Division with the documentation of the new emulated mainframe environment and the upcoming Corrections Information Technology System (CITS).
Responsibilities
