DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: (Required)
The Project Lead III is an Information Technology (IT) position and be responsible for the planning, coordination, requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting and system implementation of moderate to complex business solutions. Focusing on top call drivers, the Project Lead III will plan, coordinate and collaborate with various HHS groups to gather requirements, complete specifications development, and then plan, monitor, and report project status for the development, testing, and implementation of new IT Service Requests. The Project Lead III will plan, coordinate and collaborate with various HHS groups to draft, test, and promote to production new IT Self Service How To Knowledge Base articles for non-IT Customers. The Project Lead III will plan, coordinate and collaborate with various HHS groups to gather requirements, complete specifications development, and then plan, monitor and report project status of future moderate to complex BMC Helix Digital Workplace Enhancement projects. The Project Lead III will manage contractor staff assigned to assist with the various IT Service Management initiatives.

Plan, coordinate and collaborate with various HHS groups to gather requirements, complete specifications development, and then plan, monitor and report project status of future moderate to complex BMC Helix Digital Workplace (Basic or Advanced) Enhancement projects
Manage contractor staff assisting with the various IT Service Management initiatives assigned to the IT Help Central Project Lead III position
Required Experience: minimum of 8 years
Supervisory experience of at least three staff
Project management experience related to IT Service Management initiatives
Remedy OnDemand/BMC Helix product experience
Remedy OnDemand/BMC Helix Digital Workplace experience

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required)
8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
