Experience with the deployment and implementation of at least three (3) large-scale LMR wireless communication system for statewide public safety projects of similar size or scope to MSWIN. Large scale being defined as a minimum of 120 sites.8

Experience in the design, licensing, deployment and testing of Sonet and MPLS based microwave backhaul networks consisting of 100 hops or greater6
Experience in the analyses and corrective action(s) necessary to resolve microwave path performance issues8
Experience in the conversion while hot (in operation) of TDMA microwave network to MPLS in networks consisting of more than 100 sites5
Experience with Statewide 700 MHz P25 digital trunked two-way radio systems5
