5 Jira for story creation, issue, and task tracking experience
5 Development of Functional and Technical Design Documents in accordance with CPA and CACE standards
3 Certified Scrum Product Owner or relevant experience

Job Description – Provide requirements documentation, QA test cases, UAT test cases, functional specifications, technical design specifications. Documentation should be in accordance with HHSC IT Standards, CPA Standards and CACE compliant. Must have experience working in an iterative Agile environment and well versed in SCRUM and Lean principles. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have experience holding requirements sessions. Must have knowledge of CAPPS, HHSC Procurement, and HHSC contracting. Must be able to provide after-hours support as needed. Other job duties as required.
