PeopleSoft Architect/PM with Interaction HUB, technical design and upgrading experience

Location: St Paul MN (MMB)
Duration: 4-16 months

Minimum Qualifications
•6 years’ combined experience in developing documents of requirements and/or design
•6 years’ combined experience with PeopleSoft Applications from development through integration processes
•5 years’ experience in upgrading of PeopleSoft applications with Interaction HUB
•5 years’ experience implementing an Oracle Interaction HUB
•5 years’ experience with project management systems with responsibility for technical design

Desired Skills
•Experience in upgrading PeopleSoft version 8.54 to 8.56
•Experience working with an Interaction hub
•Experience implementing Oracle solutions

Sample Tasks
•Troubleshoot and support implementation of Interaction HUB through all phases of the project.
•Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team as needed.
•Track, escalate and document project risks, issues, and decisions.
•Work with software vendor to submit defects and issues.
•Provide other project related experience as necessary.
•Perform analysis to help resolve issues and document accordingly.
•Create, document and track issues and resolution.
•Complete technical specification documentation per standards.
